Hi Cathe! I just ordered STS Cardio and I'm soooo excited about it. And I absolutely love STS and am amazed and how much must have gone into it.

My sister Carolyn and I are also going to the Road Trip! We met at your gym this past August with Carolyn's DH Jason (he was attempting to catch a flight back to Germany, and he did). We were just so excited to take your class and visit with you and can't wait to do it again!
