14 inch step

Just wondering when a video says you need a 14 inch step could I use my Firm Fanny lifter or is that too small? I don't have one of those steps where you can stack it up.

I use my Fanny Lifter in all of Cathe's tapes for leg presses. I think it's the same size as the step Cathe uses.

Hi I just wanted to say I use my firm fanny lifter too. it's perfect and now with Cathe's videos I can finally use it again. I'm in the process of getting rid of all my firms it's Cathe for me! Nothing like her!

I actually use the second stair of my stairs. It has worked for me since 1998! Our workout room is the basement, so this is OK. (The TV is visable at an angle from the steps).
