Hi Good morning everybody. Today is IMAX 1 for me and some intervals of IMAX 2 too :9 :9 .No pictures of kickmax :( :( :( .I don't understand why SNM don`t say : We want you to know today will be no pictures.i have decided not visited the forums so often looking for the pictures and wait the surprise. I know I keep looking for pictures too. I did CTX Step and Intervals since I did IMAX 1 last Sat. because I don't have IMAX 2.

I am doing P90X Yoga today. I heven't done it in its 90 min entirety in awhile...

Sandra...Push Pull was a little easier...but I just increased my weight amount and those lunges with the heel lift....wow....they fried my legs!

Wendy...I have been very lucky with my knees. I did find after 40 is when I started getting inured..:(...so I was introduced to a very nice Physical Therapist (nice is sarcastic!!)...he has helped my thru some of my injuries though.., at 45 I do feel in very good shape, especially if I compare myself to ohers my age that never have exercised.

Sandy...the Freddy shoes I got are a step trainer. I got them in white, here is the link http://www.usbodyware.com/steptrainer.htm I have to say the customer service with US Bodyware is the BEST I have experienced in a very long time...enjoy the workouts....:)...Carole
 
I will be teaching a step class this morning at 9:30 at the YMCA. Our YMCA is very upscale, thanks to a generous donor. The fitness center is named after him.

After the stepping (about 45 min) we do an abs section. I have learned from Cathe to fill in between exercises with "standard crunches," no time for downtime!:)
 
Good morning! It's Saturday, Saturday, Saturday........

I completed my week of Power Hour+/ Rhythmic Step+ with BodyMax. Sigh. I'm feeling rather tired :) I think BodyMax is a terrific advanced workout, but I don't like how fast she starts the high impact moves - it feels like we're being shot out of a cannon. I also find that she moves through the upper body weight work at light speed. Does anyone else feel the need to hit pause between the segments? At any rate, I consider this past week to have been fairly intense, and am looking forward to some kinder workouts next week.

On that note, Sandy, we're going start this Monday with Cardio Kicks, right? What a pleasant thought. I may do an ab segment from the Intensity Series after CK; maybe from Cardio & Weights.

Wendy, congratulations of your degree! You must feel very proud of yourself! I'm finishing up my PhD in Sociology (Work and Industry). I've been at this for a long time, and am heading into the home stretch. I think you're doing a good thing for yourself by finishing Cathe's rotation. I'm very interested in whether you see good results from it. I did her January '04 rotation, and was really impressed with how she organized the workouts. I'm really looking forward to her first HardCore rotation.

Annette, I see the connection: legumes. That is really unfortunate, because they are such a healthy and yummy food. CTX Step & Intervals is 80% more enjoyable than IMAX1 - good plan! I always find with that workout that the transition from the end of interval #1 into the rhythmic step of the second interval is the toughest moment; my legs are complete jello after the first interval.

Carole, yes, those lunges with the heel raised make your legs nice and toasty, don't they? }( I wonder how those deadlifts in Gym Style Legs, with the toes raised on the dumbell, are going to feel??

Mariángeles, I hope your computer problems are resolved soon! And you are a machine - IMAX1 and some IMAX2 in the same workout?? Yowsa!!

Laurie, glad I could help out! So, does "Let's Go" have a 32-count loop version yet, or will that come out later?

I did a kickboxing fest today. KPC + KB minus the biceps. took me something like 1 hour 45min or so. I bet my poor legs will tell me all about it tomorrow!!!

Tday was a Pilates Mox video for 50 minutes and my NordicTrack for 30 minutes. On Sunday I feel like doing Step Blast! HAve a great weekend! Susan

I always use the upper body section of BodyMax as its own workout! And yes I pause to get/change weights, sip coffee, open the door, etc. without guilt!}(
 
Hello, everyone:

Today was an Ab HIts marathon. I made through 40 minutes with weights on the ankles. I also did Rhthymic Step and Ashtanga Yoga for an 1.5 hours. I feel sooo good and relaxed. Tomorrow its KP&C. Good evening all.

This is going to be short and sweet today-it has been a very long day and I can barely keep my eyes open.

Today I mixed some IMAX 2 with C&W cardio only.
