Good Morning!
Just wanted to get us started! Im working today so I am up early to get my workout done. Im hoping to catch up on personnals later but I am training a new girl at work. It as its ups and downs...for one, I can't be on the forums all day
but I think with someone there, my eating will be supberb and the day will fly!
Yesterdays workout was a 10.5 mile run and CM 2&3. Todays workout is HST and a run. Hoping to get it all done but will be happy with 4 seg!
