** 12 Week Challenge March 19th**

Good Morning!

Just wanted to get us started! Im working today so I am up early to get my workout done. Im hoping to catch up on personnals later but I am training a new girl at work. It as its ups and downs...for one, I can't be on the forums all day;) but I think with someone there, my eating will be supberb and the day will fly!

Yesterdays workout was a 10.5 mile run and CM 2&3. Todays workout is HST and a run. Hoping to get it all done but will be happy with 4 seg!

Today is a 3miler. Along with shoulders PUB/ME --I THINK :) UNless I decided to add or change. I will work my abs also to Slim & 6pack or Coremax.


Day 79 and I'm rocking :)

Becca: I received your email :) :) Thanks for posting the pasta roll-ups. I'm glad you liked them as much as my family did. I made chicken meatballs last night with some basil sauce. It was a big hit in our house. And I'm married to an Italian--so you know they had to be good if he said so :) :)

Need a refill. **Fingers crossed the freezing rain has NOT started**

I'm so wiped from my 12 hour day yesterday and even longer one today. I will get in a walk between work and interviewing for a new superintendent. My class yesterday morning was great, though, really gave me the energy to go all day. I'm hoping that spills over into today. :7

I better refill on java so I can keep the energy up to type :7

Good morning ladies !

Checking in quickly before work while adding the java to get started this AM.

Got a 2 mile run with a 3 mile walk in after that - added some incline during the walking. Finished a couple of episodes of my "24" DVD's so figured might as well walk while watching.

Today will be 4DS Legs & Core, maybe some incline walking too depending on when I get started this afternoon.

Woo hoo - the 12th week is almost over ! I do believe I haven't exercised this consistently for quite a while. Something usually gets in the way and this time around, I only had twice where I took an extra day and then 4 days last week while I was trying to recover from this cold. (I actually felt a little burning in the chest yesterday while running at a very slow pace so guess 4 days off was a good thing !)

Thanks ladies for being here to help me stay consistent:+ It really does help !

Jacque-I think I will start watching 24 agian! I didn't see the last season! Great Idea to walk while watching it! Great workout too! Right now I can only run about two miles...tough stuff!

Im done with standing GS legs,im so glad thats over! :)

I'm back :) :)

I did 3miles. :) Worked my shoulders and did the abs.

I'm feeling strong :) Much stronger than I did 12 weeks ago :)

Jacque congrats on being consistent. Feels good, huh? :)

I know for me it feels great to finish something I started. Who would have thought I would be running 12miles? Certainally not me :)

I need a shower. I best get out to the grocery store too. I'm running low on fresh stuff :)

Amelia: You posted same time as me-- nice to see ya checking in with us. :) How is your ankle? Are you going away this weekend???

Hey Girlies!

Im at work but the new girl is gone to get some lunch so that means ALONE time with my friends}( She told me that she quit her other job yesterday so it looks as if she will be here with me again tomorrow. I was hoping to run out and get some things for DD"s party tomorrow so I guess I will just have to take her with me! LOL

I had a good workout today. 4.5 miles of interval running and HST. I left out a few leg presses so that I could fit some other stuff in.

Marcia** Hope you can fit that walk in!

Jacque** I know, can't beleive 12 weeks are almost over! Our big group certainly got small didn't it?

Ameila** Good job with the workout!

Kath** It really doesn't take long to get that endurance up once you start. For me, breathing is the key...have to get that down pat first. Im following a 6 week rotation right now that I just made up,so no more challenges for me right now.

Lori: Doing anything special for DD's birthday? It's funny my breathing use to be a problem but this time around I am stronger. Go figure. But breathing and my legs are holding strong-- stronger than I ever thought they could-- it works :) I am not joining another challenge either. Just doing my own running thing--but I may check in with some. Just to keep myself accountable and get support or give support. I can't believe how some of the challengers here just disappeared. But life can get busy--

I need to get my sorry self to the store. Can ya tell I hate this chore? :)
 
Kath** DD wanted to have another b-day party this yr but I KNOW that last yr we agreed...no more parties. I get tricked into it every yr though. So this yr, she wanted to have some friends over again and she wanted DS to sleep out to his grandparents house with DH so that they didnt have to be quiet. Finally, I said, OK! She could have 5 girls over and they were going to the spa before hand to get into the hot tub. Since then I have thought about it and I have decided to throw a surprise sleepover party for her but we are going to my inlaws house to have it b/c they are away. I pretty much have everything done for it and last night I even hung balloons. Im hoping that they won't deflate over the next couple of days and Im hoping none of her friends will spill the beans in school...so thats what we are doing.

Hello all!!! Today's wo was itread set25 top 40. I did Ok. My numbers were somewhere between walker and jogger. Definitely an improvement for me.

Kath, thanks again for the recipes! I'll try those meatballs out. I am going to be in a race the first weekend in May. It's a 4 miler. I think I will check out smartcoach and see what they recommend for training. Thanks for your words of encouragement!:D

Gotta run and check on the kiddos....it's awfully quiet......
 
Kath-were will be leaving friday afternoon,im so excited...I really need a break! Great workout today! My ankle is 100% now!
