12,500 steps....

:7 That's cute Renee:7

I do love that workout! It is so much fun. I clocked in 6492 steps, so only a few hundred more than you got when you did Imax 2. I'd say we were pretty close on this one.

Tomorrow is a run outside; gotta take advantage of this beautiful Arizona weather!

I will post more steps later....

Happy workouts everyone!

Good morning. I did SJ&P this week and clocked in at 5,834 steps. That's a lot of difference from yours! I think my dd's pedometer is lacking a little in accuracy. I may ask Santa for one in my stocking! HO! HO! HO!!

PS, I did Christi's Hi/Lo Happy Hour this morning. It clocked in at 6,448 steps. Arizona is where Chirsti lives also. Have fun!

Hi Renee,
Sounds like you had a good workout w/Christi this morning. I have never seen or done any of her workouts. A friend of mine that lives here in Phoenix is a big Christi fan and went to one of her retreats up in Sedona which is AZ north (and so beautiful) country. Have you been to one of her retreats?

I planned on running, but a rain/cold front came to visit a day early. I can't decided what's on the agenda for today. I didn't do any weight work this week, just cardio as a transition into another P90X rotation starting next week. Hmmm decisions.

Maybe Santa will bring you a new pedometer; a good one only costs about $20-$30. It has definitely made me aware of trying to take more steps everyday. I know walk to the furthest water cooler at work, park at the farthest parking space in the parking lot, and walk for 15 mins. of my break outside around the building. Every little bit adds up over time.

Have a good weekend!
Rhonda
