100 Rep Challenges - how will you use them?

Got my XTrain this morning :) I've reviewed lots of the workouts and rotations. Everything looks great! I'm just wondering how folks are planning on using the 100 rep challenges? They aren't listed in the rotations anywhere, so I'm looking for some ideas on where to fit them in. I have a couple but I'd love to here what everyone else is thinking.

Also, are you planning to follow one of Cathe's rotations or do something on your own?

I've already made my own rotation and have added the 100RC's to it. I will post a sample of it on our check-in today or tomorrow so you can get an idea.
 
I plan to do a couple a week--and vary them so I so each one every other week. On Day 1 when I did Chest, Back and Shoulders I did the Scarecrows. Next week when I do Chest, Back and Shoulders Burn Set I will do the Lateral Raises. When I do Bis and Tris I'll do the bicep or tricep 100 rep challenge--I'll swap which one I do each week. And I will try to do the hip thrusts every other week when I do a leg workout. That's my plan!
