Got my XTrain this morning I've reviewed lots of the workouts and rotations. Everything looks great! I'm just wondering how folks are planning on using the 100 rep challenges? They aren't listed in the rotations anywhere, so I'm looking for some ideas on where to fit them in. I have a couple but I'd love to here what everyone else is thinking.
Also, are you planning to follow one of Cathe's rotations or do something on your own?
