I'm unsure of how to use these in my workout. I'm doing the 90 day rotation. If I'm doing chest, shoulders and back should I do the later raise challenge that's on that dvd or should I do another one as I've already worked shoulders? Same goes for disc #2 if I worked bi's and tri's in the main workout should I do the 100 rep challenge at the end or save it for another day? Is it OK to do maybe bi's and tri's on Tuesday and do the 100 rep challenge on wednesday? I'm just really confused as to I should be structuring these workouts. Any help is appreciated.
