100 Push up Challenge Thursday

I did Saturdays Yoga today & will switch things around a bit since my legs were sore. I have to say I'm not a big fan of yoga although I have gotten better at it. Week 4 Day 2 today of the push ups, feeling tired so I only mustered out 3 sets 16-14-12, maybe later in the day I can get those last 2 sets out. Peeked ahead at week 5 :eek: May be repeating week 4!! ;)

Late workout tonight! it's almost 9:30 and just got done....
I just started week 3 Day 1 Column 1...
sets were 12/10/7/7/max 9....and thennn did Supersets Upper Body Blast...I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow!
 
Week 4 Day 3

And I'm back on my knees. I've had a twinge-y spot in my lower right shoulder blade and the toe pushups seem to be aggravating it. Knee pushups are not. Since I'm at the end of 4 weeks of work, I don't want to give up, so I will be finishing the challenge on my knees. But, at least I'll be finishing it. I think then I will try a pushup rest and then give it another go on my toes. I can do more now on my toes than ever before, so even with the set back I will call it a success. If I can knock out 100 on my knees when this is all over, I'll be proud of myself. :):) Late workout tonight, I did IMAX, followed by pushups. Checking in with 20/15/15/15/20 total of 85 :D
