I did Saturdays Yoga today & will switch things around a bit since my legs were sore. I have to say I'm not a big fan of yoga although I have gotten better at it. Week 4 Day 2 today of the push ups, feeling tired so I only mustered out 3 sets 16-14-12, maybe later in the day I can get those last 2 sets out. Peeked ahead at week 5
May be repeating week 4!!
