Today was day 1 for me. Not so bad. I am on the middle level doing 7- 7- 5- 4 & I was able to finish with 8. I never would have thought I could do so many toe push ups, I'm usually a knee girl.
I am doing Cathe's rotation & tomorow we are doing Step, Jump & Pump. Should I eliminate any chest work or wait & see if Im sore at all?
