10 Pounds Gone in about 5 Weeks

Thanks to STS and prep workouts before beginning program. My next workout is Week 2, Workout 6 plus abs of Meso 1. Prior to it, I was doing LM, MM, and kickboxing. My Mom encouraged me to buy a scale today and got brave so I got on it. The pull-up bar adds alot to the workouts along with all the other equipment I use.
 
after a two year break to study, I think any physical activity would benefit me but STS is so much more than that.
