Can you believe it is October? This is the month I break 150.

HI all! Ran 3 miles yesterday and then did Lower Body extreme. Eating was really good yesterday but my weight popped back up a pound so I'm back where I was last Friday. It's totally TTOM related so I'm ok. If I maintain my eating and exercise it will go back down.

Yesterday's eating:
Breakfast - coffee, spinach/eggwhite/wrap
Snack - protein bar
Lunch - baked whitefish and salad with balsamic vinegar
Snack - lunch (and some candy corn - but I counted out the d@mn kernals to make sure i had just 1 portion)
Dinner - Salmon, rice cake, carrots/peppers

Drinking lots of water today and watching the sodium.

It's fun to come to this check in and see everyone's progress!

Laura - I like Tony too. Kenpo is not my favorite of his workouts though. I like him for weights but prefer others for kickboxing/martial arts workouts.

Cookie - work can be really hard these days. We've had several rounds of layoffs. Sorry. :( It will get better. Hang in there.

I love October. It's my favorite month of the entire year! Can't wait for the trees to change.

I'm feeling lighter and my jeans are loose! Woo hoo! Can't wait to weigh myself on Saturday. Eating has been good, but not spot on. Last night I had a piece of rasin bread but I don't think that was too bad. It was good.

Morning Ladies,

Well today is my rest day...always have one during the week :D since I usually have more time on the weekend for workouts and it felt great to roll over rather than getting up at 5:00 am :p...now I have to make sure I get my butt out from under those covers tomorrow! ;)

B - Protein Pancakes, 4 oz oj, coffee (loving these keeps me full longer than just oatmeal)
S - apple (got to eat what I pick last weekend at the orchards)
L - big salad lots of veg and chicken
S - apple
D- here is where I may run into a problem going right from work to my DS baseball game which will not end till around 8:00 pm so dinner is up in the air ....will let you know tomorrow what happens....may just go get a protein bar so that I stay good

Don't know what the scale says don't want to look but my jeans feel more comfortable so I am hoping that will tranlate to the numbers falling on the scale.

Have a wonderful day!
Therese

Hey Debbie we must have posted at the same time....high five on the jeans I am feeling the same thing!!!!!! whooooooooo Haaaaaaaaaa....

Wow, great job everyone. Don't you love that "Oh my, my jeans are a little big today" feeling? :D

Gs legs yesterday, and man, can I feel it today. This morning was Drill max cardio premix. Added a bit of 4DS kickbox to even out the hour.

Foods been good. I found wild caught salmon on sale last night, so that will be the food of choice the next 2 days. Great on the veggies and fruit. Protein AOK. I did have wine with dinner last night but calorie count stayed where I needed it. I've managed to dodge the candy corn the last week or so. That stuff is just evil.

Enjoy the day everyone.

Hello ladies! I haven't had a chance to check in in the last couple of days. Things have been a bit crazy here. My boss is away and I'm covering off for him plus doing my job and more importantly my sister had a baby boy! I'm a proud auntie for sure :D

My eating has bee relatively good (although not perfect). I had to have some dark chocolate last night and a granola bar! For some reason the sweet tooth hit me hard last night! Regardless I am down 3 pounds so I am making progress, maybe not as fast as I'd like to but at least this way I'll stick with it.

Last night's workout was a 45 minute run plus weights and abs from SJP.

Debbie! Way to go on the jeans! I bet you lost even more this week. You're kicking all our butts here:p

This morning I decided to put my "fat" dress pants away and try my favourite pair of black dress pants and I'm happy to say they fit again! Yahoooo!

Great work everyone! Keep it up :D

Sorry I was MIA but have been running around like a mad woman planning, preparing and cleaning for DS's party. And this stupid cold is not helping!

Eating has been off because I am stressing over this party. Yes, I am an emotional eater.

Anyway yesterday was Plyo Legs which just about killed me, especially those one legged squat thrusts! Workout was 52 minutes and I burned 443 calories.

Today I felt so lousy when I got up I didn't want to do anything, but did anyway. I did 4DS HIS/LIS cardio only without much enthusiam. Workout was 56 minutes and I burned 401 calories.

Everyone's doing so good, I feel like I'm the only one slipping up...I'm jealous of all of you whose pants are falling off!!!! Gotta get this ship back on course!

I missed checking in yesterday as I spent over 8 hrs helping my sis prep food for a jewelry party, then helped her clean up afterwards. I picked and picked at the food ALL day... I did manage to get in an hour of Bootcamp in the morning before I left the house.

Today was a lot of running around, plus a luncheon where they put the food in front of you and you eat what they serve or you go hungry... so I didn't eat so clean... and today's my off day for working out, thank goodness, because I'm dragging, but I feel like a big slug!

So tomorrow I begin again...

Linda - Hope your cold gets better! Atta girl for getting through the workout even though you didn't feel that great. I'm an emotional eater too, so I totally hear you on the stress eating. I'm sure your party will turn out fabulous!

Have a great evening everyone!

Oh, you ladies are so motivating!
I overslept a little, but just changed which wo I was doing to get one in. Went with Push/Pull. Then when I was tempted by cookies at a workshop, but I thought no that darn Laura has already lost 3 lbs and is under 120, and so it continued. But I did cave a bit with the madness of coming home, getting dinner and other evening adventures.
Cindi, congrats on being halfway to your goal!
Deb, was that one slice of raisin bread or the whole loaf? I can't have just one. Congrats on the jeans!
Therese, that's great on your jeans fitting better!
Melissa, candy corn is evil. Now that's something that doesn't appeal to me at all. There are not many things that don't appeal. Love salmon.
Maggie, congrats on being an aunt and having your pants fit! Tell us about your beautiful nephew.
Linda, I love plyo legs. What about you? Such an adrenaline rush. I'm also a stress eater, and lately I've had a lot of stress.
Denise, you're not the onlly one slipping up - I've been too. Today I had to go to a training with the only food being pizza. Tomorrow is another one, and I'm bringing my own lunch!
