10# Challenge 10/15

So I'm thinking our 10# challenge is dwindling. LOL!!! Let see how many post today.

I took a rest day because I just didn't feel like getting up this morning. I have a nagging headache and it's still with me.

Tomorrow I start Meso 3! :eek:

I joined the check-in over the weekend; seeing the 10# challenge thread encouraged me so I decided to join.

I can check-in a few times a week. I am doing better this week - not overeating. That's what gets me in trouble.:eek: Hopefully the scale will be kind on Saturday. Workouts have been going well; feeling strong! Gotta love that! :p

I'm still here and weighing everyday - I keep repeating the same 1 pound gain and loss. BUT - I think the consistent eating will start to pay off soon. I was plateaued right around 150 which is a powerful setpoint for my body. It was my HS weight so I think I have 'fat memory'.

Anyway - I'm right at that 5 pound loss today and eating has been good so I am hoping for progress downward over the next few days.

Exercise has been ok. Rest today most likely.

I'm bummed we seem to have lost so many people. I hope they come back - the last 10 pounds are the hardest and it will take time.

I know what you mean, Linda. My foods this week have been way off due to the recovery week. I've been living on tuna and grilled cheese! :eek:
 
Hey Girls,

Late check in for me. Traveling for a week and trying to eat clean just plain old sucks! :mad: I try but you can't control things like you want. I try to eat some sort of cereal in the morning.... a salad that doesn't have like 10,000 calories in it for lunch or like Subway and dinner is the worst....but I think I have been ok.... When I travel in my car and not on a plane like this week....I always pack a cooler with good foods and fruits etc so that I stay within reason.

Did my own circuit in the room this morning, situps, lunges and push ups...not great but better than nothing.

Debbie....hopefully plyo legs kicks that headache away :p

Linda - I know what you mean....hang tight ;)

Cindi - consistancy will win so keep it going! :D

Shirl - good job with not overeating...seems like an easy thing to do but oooooooooooo so stuff sometimes :eek:
 
I'm here plugging away....Haven't been terribly successful yet, but I keep trying.

Been pretty decent with the food, Blew off my workout this morning (slept right through til 6:30. But I did get up to the gym for 45 minutes on the treadmill as I have plans after work.

At least we're all plugging together! ;)
