When you do the actual workout you can either schedule the workout on the calendar and it will give you the option of printing the workout card with all of the exercises listed for that workout and the amount of weight you should be lifting, or you can go to the STS tab and choose the workout that you want to print the workout card for.
Many have found that printing directly from the WM results in a workout card that has print too small to read so we copy and paste the material into a Word or Excel document and format it to our needs. I use Excel, deleting some of the columns that I don't need during the workout and formatting it so that it fits onto one page. It's a pain, but I'm used to it now, I guess. And since I'm doing the 6-mo rotation, at least the second time I print it, it's already formatted. I just note any changes on it that I wanted to make from the first time I did the workout.
