Im going to be starting STS for a second time. I wanted to repeat some of my 1RM because I have gotten a barbell since completing STS for the first time. The first round I did, I marked everything in my workbook, then transfered it to the workout manager. Stupid me didnt use pencil, so now my workbook is already marked in. Is there a list or pages similar to whats in the workbook that I can print out?
