1 Month New Year Challenge Dec 6-13

Well, my strategy is going to be to use my activity points, but try to save all of my Flex Points for only special occassions. I have 1 Flex Point left for this week, and today I am going to do KPC. So, I will probably use a few AP's, but my calculator starts over tomorrow, and that is what I am going to try next week. I will probably be down to 20 points a day, and I am sorry, I just starve on that!!!!!!!
So, if I use my AP's everyday, I am satisfied, and if I use a few Flex Points on my rest day, or if I have a special treat, hopefully I will be ok. I am going to make it on WW's this time. I did this about 5 years ago, and lost 20 lbs. From then on I have gone on and gone off, and I am going to figure out the magical formula that works best for me and conquer this thing!!!! I think of EVERY MILLION food programs I have tried, this is the best!!!!

Good Morning Ladies,
Sounds like everyone as a stratgey ready. Im just going with the flow and that seems to be working for me.(for now)
I am so lazy today.I just finsihed my lg coffee and I still feel like a zombi.We had DH chrsitmas party last night.I didn't eat to much or drink to much for that matter.I have had the cold all week,plus getting called into work,so I have been thrown off.I couldn't imagine getting up today hungover.I just wanted sleep! I started getting really tired around 2 so I called a cab.My daugther woke me up at 9:30.(shes 8)I got up,made her breakfast,took my pillow and slept on the couch until 12! I must have gotten to much sleep cause I still feel blah!
Regardless,I have to get my bum in gear.I didn't workout yesterday so I want to workout shortly.I want to do a long run.(can zombis run?:) )And I have been trying to get a leg workout in all week.I have to many things to do today to workout for 2 hours but we will see.
I still don't have my dryer here so I was going to wash a couple loads of laundry and then take it to my in-laws to dry.We are going to get a tree today.I am going out for dinner with the girls tonight.My house needs to be cleaned.....the list goes on and on....and I only have about 5 hours!
Anyway,I am going to workout now.And I may check back tonight.

Its me again.I just finsihed my workout.I did a 50 min run for now.DH as hockey tonight so while he is gone I may do a leg workout and another small run.We will see how much energy I have tonight.

Hi Lorihart and everybody, you sound like me. I have a million things to do! I still haven't bought one thing for my boys for Christmas, (ages 4 and 19 months), I have got some other shopping done, but nothing for them yet!

I did push and pull today. The exercises are very similair to ME, which I did yesterday. I really shouldn't of done those back to back, but I used lighter weights today. Tonight I am running again (only 3 miles) and tomorrow I might do Step Blast or Rhytmic Step. I don't want to do weights again until Tuesday at least.

My next Christmas function is on the 23rd, so I have plenty of time to eat well. The problem is my MIL wants us to come over all the time for dinner. She invited us over there again for Monday, and I told my dh to tell her the kids are sick (which they are). We go over there all the time, and she is a fabulous cook, but it is always something high calorie, and there is always dessert. You can't say no either!

Anyway, have a great day everybody and I will check in later tonight.

HI Girls,
I guess we should start a new thread soon.This one is getting long and it is the 13th...anyway....
We slept in today.I must have been sleepy.So it was a big rat race trying to get everyone on the go.I still feel zombi like.I had a few things that I needed to do so I headed out and just got home.
I think I am going to drop my daugther off at school,pick up a coffee,turn on some christmas music and start cleaning.
I am not sure when I will do my workout today.I will diffently be working out but I am not sure when.I may wait for tonight or after I get my house work done.

I got PUB and KPC conditioning drills done.
