Good Morning Everyone,
The stranger is back!
But not feeling so well:-(
I had a good weekend.I had one to many friday night and I was in the mood to do anything,anywhere...to a certain extent of course
So I woke up Saturday morning with a headache but I wasn't sick.I couldn't shake the headache all day and thought it was strange to be hungover ALL DAY.We went out again Saturday night,but I wasn't in for the long haul and I went back to the hotel at 1.When I woke up on Sunday morning by troat was killing me.I can barely swallow. I felt a little better last night when I took some advil.
I got two workouts in while I was away.I ran twice.Despite how I felt.I am feeling o.k today.My nose is stuffy and my troat still hurts.
So my goal for last weekend was to be 125 lbs.I set that a while back but had a hard time sticking to it.When I weighed on Monday,I was 129.5. Somehow between Monday and Friday I got down to 125.5 lbs.I haven't been eating as much as normal but not enough to lose that much.Prehaps everything just kicked in.
I must say,I am happy at this weight.I lost it around my middle,by bum and waist.So I could wear tighter things then I normally would b/c my love handles were gone.I didn't know if it was just in my mind or if I actually lost weight,then a friend of mine came to my work and she noticed,then someone else mentioned it...so I guess it is noticable as well.I was glad that I stuck to it while I was away for the weekend as well.Normally I buy choclates and things to have in the hotel room but I didn't buy anything so I would just have to wait for meal time.
Anyway,how was everyone elses weekend? I am not sure what workout I will be doing today.I will check back later, I have to split b/c DH needs his computer.
