Morning, cheetahs—
Happy Friday!
Carole—I hear you about Kramer. Hard for me to pick a favorite among those four. George is a riot, too. On one of our ski trips, the crew entertained ourselves deciding which one of us was a certain Seinfeld character. Can you guess which one I was? J How’re those legs DOMS? Still lingering?
Posh—*LOL* ‘bout the huts on fire. What a great expression. Got a few of those on the workfront meself. I’ll bet you keep your co-workers entertained. Why don’t you come be a teacher in NJ and deal with lots and lots of little F’s? *LOL* I need the yoga badly! Somehow in the past weeks, I’ve gotten all crunched up and tight. Still got a hammy that squawks to me on-and-off…Yes, I do have the 305. Let me know how you like the training partner. Too bad we can’t sync with one another. Two turtles on opposite coasts. J
*smile*
Jackie—That running-to-the-spot trick is tried n’ true good stuff…Ha, that title was just a little verbal irony on my part. J…I have not had a chance to run at school yet. First time, I forgot my running shoes. The week after, I had a nutty week and only ran on the weekend. Last week, I didn’t run in the rain. Yesterday, it poured again. Hasn’t been in the cards yet. But that is still my intent to do that 1 or 2 days a week as we move through winter in order to take advantage of the lighter hours.
Linda—I am having fun with the DIY circuits. New way to use the workouts and keep things fresh. Hey, the running up & down the stairs could be part of the workout for you. J I know what you mean about the awkward feeling.
Brighton—yay on getting back to the gym! So happy for you. Crossing my fingers, too, that the foot will stay happy. A thing at my school is to name your classes, and mine are named after ski resorts: Breck, Vail, Killington, and Okemo. I missed the pics on your blog. Gotta go check ‘em out.
Wendy—hope your back is feeling better today.
Gloria—great to see you, girl! We are gettin’ our butts spanked with “everything new,” too. Have fun jumping around today & happy Friday!! No doubt at all you will do great with your marathon!
More rain for us last night, so I did my duty on the TM and then scrapped the yoga for B&G Leg Blast Premix instead. All the B&G talk inspired me to torment myself. Owwwwwwwww! J *LOL* Tonight’s workout is tentative. Grades are due this afternoon, and I have plans to grab some cold ones after with some friends from school.
Have a bad-azz one!
