Cathlete
Good morning, everyone~ :D

Christine—Oh, I absolutely will! When is the event? IA, busy does make a day go by faster. Yours was the first card to arrive—yay! Gorgeous fam, every one of ya!

Carole—sounds like your vet is one of the ones who goes the extra mile. I can imagine that the massage the other day was much, much appreciated given all that’s been going on. Good plan to be calm when you have that conversation. J Sending some *serenity now* vibes your way.

Dallas—good to hear from you! Is there an update on MIL or the others? I see your hip problems are still lingering—bummer! I decided not to follow a specific rotation because things are extra busy right now. So, I’m taking it week-by-week.

Jackie—I thought that was a great shot of Kimo & Jimmy, too. Glad it was no problem getting caught up. Crunch season begins, eh?

Posh—sorry I missed ya!

Wendy—I’ve been yo-yoing and need to cut out that sillyness and then LOSE-lose, but I won’t really put on the full-court press until AFTER the holiday. As I said the other day, I’m just gonna shoot for damage control. J How did your run go with those sore calves? I’m not big on NYE. To me, it’s the same as any other night, just more expensive. I’d rather save that money and spend an extra day on the slopes, which is what I did the past two years. How ‘bout yourself? Heading to AC ?

Hi to everyone else!

This morning’s workout was 4DS Shoulders & Chest & a butt-bustin’ 30 min. sweat session on the EXT.

Have a great day, all! :) :) :)

Good morning Cheetahs!

Another MIA-Cheetah....sorry:eek:. Trying to decide on this morning's workout and, with only about 11 minutes till I have to start, I better decide fast lol! I *think* it's going to be Imax Extreme (Terminator) minus the compound weight segments. I had to opt for an unscheduled rest day yesterday as I tweaked something in my neck (maybe 4DS KB???) and, because I had a pretty long riding list yesterday, figured I'd go easy on it.

Eeek, outta time...bettter get my Imax on. I'll be back with personals afterward:D. TTFN!

Fly by post here!

I did half of my work out this morning (PP 3 sets u/b premix) and will finish it this afternoon. I opted out of the run y'day because of the sore calves but will try to get a short one in today after work if I can. I didn't sleep that great last night though so I may not be up to it. Time will tell...

Still doing well with the food! I lost 1/2 a pound since Sunday! YAY! :D

BBL Girls!

Good Morning Ladies!

Carole – glad you were able to help people with the garage sale. That is always a good thing. Times are tough! Your vet sounds like a winner. I love good vets. I’m happy Sadie is better, too! Sorry your mom can be a pain – mine could, too. Great person, but, every now and again. :p Oh, your massage sounds heavenly!

Dallas – just glad to hear that you are doing okay. You are going through some tough times, though. Wow. Yes, DH’s family is fine – they don’t live in Mumbai (Bombay). It was very tragic though. Several of our friends have relatives who live in the area and it was very scary!

Jackie – Oh, glad you got the card! The mail is fast this year! I did that photo last Christmas – they are good dogs. They didn’t want to sit and stay, but they did for mom. :p Sounds like another good workout you got in there.

Brighton – Oh I love horseback riding (don’t tell Wendi – she does it too much!). Sounds like you had a great time! Oh yeah, that KPC/LG circuit premix is killer!

Cathy – Oh thanks! Re – the card and the family. :p My event is July 13th, so there is lots of time. :p I wanted to get started early this time. I’m with you on the damage control. I am trying to drop the 5 or so pounds I gained in November, but I’m realistic. It’s party season!

Wendi – I love IMax Extreme, and I always cut out the compound weight sections! :p Glad your neck is feeling better!

Wendy – hope you get caught up on your sleep! Congrats on the ½ a pound! Great job!!

Wow, quiet on the threads lately! I’m following (loosely) Fitness Freaks Leg Blast Rotation, so today is B&G and abs. I have a pretty high dread factor of this one. :p But I’ll “get ‘er done”. Booty DOMS here I come! :p Have a great day all!

Hi ladies!

Ahhhhh, had a good fun workout! Nice little sweatfest:D. Almost had to stop about 20 minutes in because I almost had a blood sugar crash:confused: but I chugged a couple of gulps of oj and was off and running and felt fantastic for the rest of the workout.

Cathy - Nice butt-buster on the EXT and 4DS Sho and Chest! ITA with ya about NYE...I'm usually asleep by 8 or 9:eek:. It just doesn't do anything for me *shrugs*.

Wendy - Fantastic job on the loss...wow, seeing results already:D! Have you been able to kick that crud to the curb yet? Can't blame ya for skipping the run yesterday. Hope you can maybe get a super power nap in today so you'll be back to 100% later today for the second part of your workout;)! There is no way in he*double hockey sticks* I would ever attempt B&G with a vest:eek:...you are da woman!!!

Judy - Fantastic run the other day and glad to hear that the foot is cooperating! Unless they have changed the course from last year the hills *looked* WAY more scary on the map than they actually were when I drove the course. I'd describe the course as being full of moguls in the middle, flat in the beginning and end. I'll have to check if it's the same this year. There is one that is pretty long but I don't think it's any more than .3 or .4 miles and it's not very steep. Let me check into it.

Laura - Great job with the run and HIS/LIS...love that one! LOL, I actually woosed out of adding more *intervals* onto Imax 2 and, instead, opted for the easier Imax 3 Step only premix...was just the ticket:D. Oh, and BTW, I *always* do the "happy dance":p.

Christine - Thanks for being my first card on the shelf:). Your entire family is beeeoootiful!!! You must be so proud of them! LOVE the pic of Kimo and Jimmy:D! Sorry to hear that you're still pretty swamped at work but, I have to agree with ya, it certainly does make the time pass faster. Glad you got to thoroughly enjoy that hike with Jimmy the other day...sounds like it was just the ticket for ya.

Carole - Sorry to hear of the difficulties between you and your mother...IA with you that just a simple "Thank you" goes a long way. I think you are wise to let things settle just a bit. Glad to hear that you were able to get Sadie into the vet asap. Your doc sounds like a gem:). I'm sure that massage must have been wonderful with all that's been going on lately. Wow, killer leg workout yesterday...whew!

Dallas - Glad to hear that things have settled down at least a little bit for you. Sorry the hip is still talking to ya:(. Hope that quiets down soon!

Jackie - Can't wait to read your race report this weekend...I'm sure you'll have a great race! I didn't know your boss runs, too. Good job on the iTread!

Brighton - So glad to hear that you have had a couple of very successful runs!!! Heehee, had to *lol* about the ol' thighs a burnin' from the riding;)...it does target muscles that you can't otherwise hit, doesn't it? Nice treat for yourself in the hot cocoa:D.

Shout out to the rest of the den...hope all of our other Cheetahs are doing well!

Gotta skeedaddle for now. The next few days are going to be C*R*A*Z*Y for me so I'll do my best to check-in...sorry. Today, I have to ship a couple of horses about an hour away to a different facility for the winter...will have to make that drive a couple of days a week to keep them schooled. Then tomorrow I have move 5 more over to a different facility (locally) where those horses will be wintering. So, basically, we'll have clients horses (that all need to be taken care of and ridden) spread out in three different barns across the Hudson Valley...fun:rolleyes:. Thursday night is bowling. Then Saturday night is that party. Sunday I'll crash:confused: *lol*.

Anywhooo, enough rambling. Happy hump day ladies!

Christine - You snuck in there while I was typing my dissertation;). LOL, you're too funny:p. Uh, can't blame ya for feelin' the dread on B&G...I'd be very askeered to even *attempt* one of Fitness Freak's rotations:eek:! Enjoy the DOMS!

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...My Vet really is a good guy...:)...Thanks so much for the "serenity" smile this morning!! Just love Mr Costanza! I am calming down somewhat and have not spoken yet to Mom.

Wendy..good job on 1/2 lb down.

Wendi...The problems with Mom have been off and on for a long time. I tend to just ignore (outta sight, outta mind), but I did not like her attitude towards my sister after ALL she has done for Mom besides the not thanking any of us. I would agree, my Vet is a gem...:)...yes, the massage was just what I needed. WOW, it sure does look like a busy couple of days coming up for you. I hope you have a blast at the party Sat!!

Christine...My Vet is a keeper, that's for sure. Thanks re: Sadie. I always feel most families have something going on. The massage just came at a great time!! Thanks for the card, loved the letter and pic's...:)..I have some booty DOMS from B&G yesterday. Have fun with it today!

Dallas...Sorry to hear the hip is still a bit sore. I am sure another massage for you would do wonders. We did get all of Mom's stuff out of her house but still some thing's in her garage and shed. Looks like a run to the dump is coming up.

Jackie...I am glad Sadie is better too, I am blessed to have a Vet like that! I bet your boss enjoyed his deep tissue massage right before his marathon...I am trying to go every 4 weeks. Good job with iTread and stretching.

Brighton...You are getting in some good running and workouts. The hot chocolate sounds yummy.

I am doing 4DS Chest & Back, abs and a 5 mile interval run.

Have a great day...:)

Morning

Well, I spoke too soon. Please keep my mil in your prayers. I don't want to say much here. :( I seriously need to run...a nice long run!

Today, I did GS-BSB so far and I'll do cardio & abs shortly. I have DS9 home y-day and today. The doc said he has some virus. He should be able to go back to school tomorrow.

Carole ~ Yeah, that massage therapist worked wonders last time. I've been really good about stretching, etc. I've added hip ecises too. Hmm, what else. How is your mom doing with the move? Have fun on that interval run...it actually sounds fun to me at this point. :p

Wendi!! ~ how in the world do you drink oj and finish a tough workout. I think I'd up chuck! ;) I've been enjoying my Cytomax again. Oh boy, you will be busy for a while. Hope the move goes well for all the horses. Hope your neck feels better.

Christine ~ So glad all is well with dh's family. That was scary just watching on the news. I cant even imagine being in the middle of it. Hope things return to normal for your friends. I'd love to do B&G today! Probably not a good idea. ;) Although, I was doing B&G once a week and the hip was ok. It was when I added in more running. Hmmm. Enjoy your workout and the DOMS that comes with it.:p I'm going to go look at that rotation for future reference. Thanks for the Christmas card! :) You are early girl! I loved the picture. I'm still working on my labels.

Wendy ~ Another busy Cheetah! WTG on the 1/2 pound. :)

Cathy ~ Thanks for asking. My brother is home, but he has to do a lot to not end up back in the hospital. He was in ICU for over a week! He's only 32 and has some serious health issues. My biological mom is home from the hospital too. Still sick though....aren't I the bearer of great news!?! Yep, I'm following the "wing-it" rotation as well. It's just too tough right now. Have fun with your EXT and weight work.

Brighton ~ WTG on the hilly 4.75 run w/no pain. I'm working on getting back there too now. UGH! Hey, you're on FB too?

Hi to the rest of the Cheetahs.

Thanks for everything ladies!((((HUGS))))

Jackie ~ Didn't see your post on the other page. Your race is this weekend, right?? How are you feeling? I know your ready for it. :)

Better get to the rest of my workout.

Hello.

This Cheetah is going to stay holed up in her den today! :( I'm taking an unplanned rest day because I just feel yucky. Can't tell if I'm really sick or just have allergies. But DH is down with something really bad, so I'm taking it easy. Not going to try to "push through" on this one!!

I've been perusing the various training websites and have been surprised. I had been concerned that I really needed to log some miles in order to be prepared for the 1/2, but the pattern on all the sites seems to be to do several 3-5 mile runs per week and only one run of 6-12 miles. That was not what I was expecting. So looking at more than one plan has been very helpful. I'm feeling much more positive and optimistic about my ability to run this 1/2 11 weeks from now. That makes me excited!

Of course, hanging out here with you ladies has been encouraging too! :)

You guys are all so good at personals. I feel bad to just post a "generic" something. But I'm still trying to get to know you, and I'm not 100% today, so I'll beg off. I'll try to do personals again tomorrow!

Good morning Cheetahs!

Brighton - Glad you enjoyed the time at your parents. Sounds like you got in a good workouts. Hot chocolate! Can just smell that now.

Cathy - Yep, the rush has begun. I'm curious to hear the numbers this year to see how the mailing season went for us. If Black Friday was any indication, we should have a successful season. Keeping my fingers crossed anyway. Great workout today!

Wendi - Oh, dear, hope the neck is ok. Glad you got in a good workout! Yep, boss runs and wants to do a sub 4 marathon. He wants to run the Boston Marathon one day. You will be a busy horse keeper over the winter. Hope you get some off time.

Wendy - Congratulations on the 1/2 pound gone!! Slow and steady is all you have to do. Feeling better yet?

Christine - Yes, the mail can be fast sometimes. :D How is Kimo doing? I know Jimmy is still looking out for her. Love fitnessfreak's rotations. She knows how to put the hurt on you. Enjoy B&G and abs.

Carole - Boss said he enjoyed his massage but the therapist didn't put as much pressure as he thought she would. He didn't know what to expect but I told him he could request them to increase or decrease the pressure. Think he'll be going back for more. Enjoy your C&B, abs and your 5 mile run.

Dallas - Will definitely keep your MIL in my prayers. Did you get out and run? Hope DS feels better. Saying prayers for your DB and mom too. Yes, my race is Saturday and I feel as ready as I'm going to be. I'm excited too but ready to get it over. I always have race day jitters too.

Laura - Hope you and DH feel better and hope the rest day helps. I followed Hal Higdon's 1/2 marathon training. I like him because his weekly runs didn't go over 5 miles and his longest run was 12 miles. Fit so much better with my schedule.

I took off today to take my mom to the doctor. But, my DB called last night and said he would take her and I could go to work. Since I had some use or lose leave, decided to stay home and do some things around the house. Slept until 6:30. Felt good. Workout started with a 10 minute walk on TM. Then it was 4DS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I was thinking P90M had an ab workout but not. Ended up doing the ab segments from UML and the stretch. Did another 10 minute walk and Yoga relax to finish up. Tomorrow will be my last run before the race.

Happy Hump Day ladies!

Busy today but I'll try to get back here for personals before I head out for the evening...

I got changed after my shift and jumped on the tm but when I punched up the speed to run....OUCHEES! What a huge pain I got in the front side of my lower left leg (shin)!!!! I tried a few times but to no avail so I skipped the cardio for today. I have tmrw off, and it's my scheduled cardio day. I hope I can run! I haven't run since Sunday! On the bright side, when I got home after that fiasco, I jumped right in and got the rest of the PP premix done before I had to go pick DS up from school.

Eating is going well today. The scale inspired me this morning. :) Let's hope that inspiration carries over into dinner time as I am going out to eat, against my better judgement, ofcourse.

Gotta get busy now...BBL hopefully!:D

Hiya cheetahbabes! Missed a few days there... sorry about that! I had a very busy work stretch and was lucky to squeeze in my workouts. Catching up now tho:D Actually, dear Ma and Pa in law are visiting now from NJ and will be here for a few days:eek:. One good thing about relatives visiting... good incentive to do a major housecleaning anyway;)
Yesterday I got in a good 6 mile TM run with iTread9 and later did AllBodyCardio.

For today I did HCE#3 w/ IMAX2 and KM blasts alternating but instead of the leg drills at the end I tacked on the Lowmax blasts... great workout!!!
According to the Shelly scale of the amount of sweat drops on the step it ranked way up there!:p Later today when I need a retreat from Ma and Pa I'll escape to the basement for GSL:p;)

It is prime hunting season here for the next couple of weeks. The hunters are as thick as fleas out there! I'm taking no chances and staying off the roads around here... so it'll be pretty much just the TM for my runs for a little bit.

Cathy- Nice strategy to deal with the holidays I say! No need to get obsessed, just a little damage control and then get serious after the new year! Altho with that butt bustin sweat session on the EXT I'd say you are plenty serious now!

Wendi- Hope your neck is feeling better and it's only a minor twinge. No need to apologize for being MIA ya know! It's a busy time of year and all of us fall behind in things, especially moi!!

Wendy- Wow... impressive weight loss considering the time of year... that's will power baby!!! I did that PP UB workout a few days ago... it's a kicker!!

Christine- You are so spot on prompt with those Christmas cards!!! I could use some of those super uber organizational skills of yours! Loved the card and enclosed update letter. IA with Cathy 1000%. You have a beautiful family and I especially like the shot of the furry kids in front of the fireplace! I wish I could get my own "kids" to pose nicely like that! Enjoy your upcoming booty DOMS!

Carole- I guess I missed the news that your cute little Sadie was ill. Sounds like she is on the mend tho, thank goodness... or thank your Vet! Sorry you're not getting very good feedback from your Mom considering the HUGE amount of work you and your sis have done!!! Amazing how we can sometimes treat the one's we love the most so bad. Nice tush kickin workout today to relieve the stress!

Dallas- Oh dear, sounds like your MIL is having some more serious health issues? She is in my prayers... and you too of course... you have so much on your plate! OMG- you have sick family members all over the place it seems!!!! Glad you can come here for some unloading and stress relief! Hope your run went well.

Laura- Sorry to hear you have a major case of the yuckies! Most training plans I'm aware of for half and full marathons have you doing only one long run per week... I have no doubt you will sail thru this upcoming HM and be all primed and eager to tackle a full one next!! (UH OH!) Please don't feel bad about not posting personals every time. We are happy to have you just check in and let us know what's goin on!!

Jackie- Oh my, I picked a bad time to be MIA for a bit... I TOTALLY missed giving you Birthday congrats and wishes!!!!! Bad Shelly! Well, happy VERY Belated Birthday anyway! I say you look unbelievably fantastic... a real testiment to clean living for sure! Your big race is pretty soon now! I will so look forward to reading your race report!

Brighton- Sounds like you've made a good full recovery and are running strong again!

Judy- How are the snow runs going for you??

Hi Linda! What's new with you?

Hope I haven't missed anyone... oh well, I'll catch up with ya if I have.

tata for now!

Hi Busy Friends :)

I love coming to Cheetahville to visit with friends.

Wendi- will you have to travel to 3 different barns/locations each week to care for all the said horses? If you do drive the course let me know. I would like to at least train with hills of a similar distance so as not to be terribly shocked ;)

Jackie- Nice of DB to give you a day to yourself. I am sure are well prepared for Saturday.

Shelly- So far all runs have been and run on dry roads( except for the snow squall two weeks ago). Good idea to avoid outside runs during hunting season. This morning 5 dear were hanging out in our backyard for quite a while.

Wendy- Way to go on the weight loss and food choices. i went backto Myfitnesspal.com this week. My friend (who I gave the CC to for her Bday) is interested in weight loss and I turned her onto MFP. She is really into it !

Carole- I forgot to mention that I was glad to read that Sadie is on the mend!

Dallas- Oh so many hugs for you! for your hip ( BTW when my hip gave me trouble running, I found the B&G workouts to be very helpful) for MIL and DB and mother. And DS9 too!

Karen? We love ya Honey!

Laura- good idea to rest!

Christine- I adored the card and family letter! thank you!

Cathy- So how do you like to tackle the EXT? Personally, I prefer a guided WO for the EXT. I cracked up at the George Costanza picture!!!!

Shout out a Hello to Gloria!

Today was itread #11 40" and yoga class 60". We did many one foot balancing poses. They really challenge balance and call many foot & ankle muscles into action. There is talk again of letting this instructor go:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Just checking in without to much to report. I have been doing easy workouts such as the Firm and then today I did Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred since I was short on time. DD was up last night with a 103 fever. Of course the one night I stay up late and watch a movie is the night someone gets sick. So needless to say I slept until 8 this morning which is odd for me. I have been dragging all day so I hope I'm not getting sick either. DH brought home this monster cold and cough and we have all escaped it so far minus my dd who got it last night. However on a bright note I got to watch Jerry McGuire all by myslef last night. I knew if I began to watch it at 10:30 I would be up late but I hadn't seen it in so long it was worth it.

Mom is doing the same if not a bit worse on the confusion issues. She picked up the telephone yesterday and thought it was the remote. She was fooling with it until I told her she had the wrong item. It's odd things like that she has done on and off lately. This morning she asked if we were going to the mall because she doens't feel like going now. It was 9 in the morning when she said this. I had come down to get her some oj and water and she thought I was picking her up to go shopping. Her vision is getting blurred as well. .She sees things that are not there and then will yell at us because we don't see them. She hears things too. It really is odd how the brain works. Her appetite is ok. At least she is getting in one bowl of hearty home made soup. My dh and my dad are going to make some sort of arrangements for her during my husbands Christmas break. I told dad it has to be done now even if we don't ever use it I told him.

Great job to all my cheetahs and there runs.

Judy- I saw the post on the boots. I hope they make your feet feel super comfy. I want a pair now.

Hi Cheetahs! Enjoyed my day off today. A girl could certainly get spoiled.

Wendy - Hope the shins are ready for your run tomorrow. Good job on PP premix! Good luck with the eating tonight!

Shelly - Bet DH loves having his parents so close. BTW, how are your http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxdm117YYUS folks? Great job with the workouts! We had a hunter get shot in this area by another hunter. Think you're doing the right thing to be cautious. Saw 2 deer when I ran Saturday. Thanks for the BD wishes. I know you are a busy lady. You took care of it as soon as you could. ;) Then you came in with a big compliment. Now who could be upset with you. :D

Judy - Good job with iTread 11 and yoga class. I take this is your favorite instructor they want to get rid of. How's the foot?

Karen - How are things with your mom?

Hi Cheetahs! :)

I have been gone for a bit. Just busy. Go figure. I told Cathy it would be a slow week. I'll keep my mouth shut next time I think that will happen! :) I did have a snow day this week (Monday), but wouldn't you know the power went out from all the heavy snow so I didn't have time to post once it came back on. Let me attempt some personals.

Christine: The spanakopita turned out well, but I tend to make so much of everything that we got tired of it after a few days. I have never frozen it, so I think it is a gonner. You are not the only one who has the dread factor for B&G!

Laura: Thank you for posting about the weather. I am a bit of a geography geek, so it was very interesting reading. :) I am a fifth grade teacher and it is a job that I feel really lucky to have. :) Oh, I am not a hunter. That would be DH. It is one of his passions. Great DH can hunt when he is in the US. Sorry you aren't feeling well. :(

Posh: Your Martha Stewart table sounds beautiful! I am like you. I have been wanting to post to say hi, but feel bad about missing out on personals. I have not had real restaurant spanakopita since I was in AZ.

Cathy: Hi! Fabulous morning workout! I hear you on the month of December. We are done on the 19th and there is so much to do. My workouts so far this week haven't been great. How is the ITB? Hope I didn't miss it in a previous post.

Linda: I have left the chips alone since the "incident." :D LOL about the helicopter!

Jackie: I have never made a quiche, but it is on the list. How is your mom? That sounds like a nice relaxing workout!

Wendy: I am not Greek, but love most foods! :) Ahh, another chip person I see. You are doing well with your food lately! Great!

Judy: I really do love your Monday philosophy. :) It has always been my "fresh start" day. :) Sounds like you are busy as usual!

Wendi: Greek food is great, although I do not eat giros. I had one once and did not like it. Glad you got in Imax!

Carole: I am sorry mom is not responding with thanks with all you have done. I am glad to hear Sadie is okay. I would have taken her in ASAP too. Pip has been a bugger lately getting into everything. She is still sweet, just too busy at 4 in the morning! You are doing very well with your workouts I see!

Dallas: You and your family are in my thoughts. I do a "wing it" rotation all the time! :)

Shelly: Hello! Yes, relatives coming is a good reason to clean. Good idea to stay off the roads during hunting season. I have an orange vest, but choose the tm instead. Good to see you! :)

This is the most scattered bunch of personals I have ever written. Sorry. I actually ran after school today. Workouts this week haven't been great. I was supposed to pick up my mom from the airport on Tuesday night, but apparently she is staying longer in Maryland for an undisclosed amount of time. I am glad she is having fun with her sister and dad.

Take care Cheetahs! :)

Evening Ladies

Thanks so much for all your support, prayers and hugs. :) You girls are the best! I know that there's a Cheetah group on here, but did someone say things are not private? I could share more if it is private.

I ended up doing pilates lower body DVD and Amy's Tone 10 Min. Sol. abs. I never got the cardio in, but no big worries. DH got home early from work, so I was able to finish my anonymous family. I got a family of girls this year. :) That was super fun shopping times! :) This is one of my favorite things to do during the holidays. One of these times, I'll get the nerve to deliver it myself. ETA: Christine, I mentioned shopping for my adoptive family the other day...You probably thought, "How rude?" I wasn't actually referring to my adoptive family. I forget that I was adopted sometimes. ;) I was, of course, talking about my anonymous Christmas family. Did that make sense? Maybe you didn't even notice? :p;)

Gloria ~ You make spanakopita from scratch!?! I love that recipe. I probably should learn it since it's one of dh's favorites. Glad your mom is having so much fun. :) There's nothing wrong with "wing it" rotations during busy times...as long as we keep moving!

Karen ~ (((HUGS))) and continued prayers. My prayer list seems to be growing. :(

Jackie ~ Sounds like you got a lot done today. :) It's nice being off...hey, maybe I should go back to work so I know what that feels like again. lol ;) No, I was only wishing I could have gone on a long run. My hip and running are not agreeing right now. I wish I knew what I did. Something makes me think I got overzealous w/the bag portion of Rumble??? LOL  Oh, I just read what Shelly said...HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!! I'm sorry. :( How did your mom's appt go?

Judy ~ Thank you again! (((HUGS))) Isn't that weird that B&G worked with hip pain??? I had no problem either. Maybe I should add that tomorrow. ;) Any helpful hints from your hip pain experience? This is a new one for me. Is this like a pre-40 thing that my body wants to remind me!?!? lol Sounds like a good yoga class. That would be a shame if they let her go. It seems like she's well liked. Did you get your boots yet? I love coming here too to visit/chat. :) I wish I could carve out more time to stop in more frequently. Maybe once I get the gifts wrapped and cards done...

Shelly ~ Yeah, when it rains it pours. My family members, have had health issues for some time. I just couldn't believe I got two calls in one day! I was going to ask you a question privately (since you're in the medical field), if that was ok? WTG on those crazy workouts!!! :D No, no run for me. Today would have been the EXT or spin bike, but I'm getting burnt out on those two things. Hopefully, tomorrow's massage will get into that darn area again.

Wendy ~ Sending anti-shin pain {{{VIBES}}}. How on earth did that happen?? Hope you enjoyed your dinner. My scale has been nice to me too!;) It's not so much the weight changing as the %BF. :D

Laura ~ Hope you get to feeling better. There's so much icky stuff out there right now. My hands are so dry from washing them so much. Not in an OCD way though!! ha ha ;)

Hope everyone is having fun trimming the tree, shopping, baking, etc. :) I think I'll be like Judy this year and delete the baking from the "to do" list...who needs those extra calories anyway!?! :p

Waves, "HI!" to the rest of the girls.

Have a wonderful night!
