I have just started using your DVD's and just finish your basic step witch I enjoyed because I did not get confused. Just Wondering if you have another DVD that is not to confusing.
I just started doing cathe I have been trying to do the weights she tells me like the barbell she uses 40 lbs I will be lucky if I can do 20lbs any more and I'm jerking the weight is it okay to start with lighter weight and work my self up:7
just starting out with cathe have been doing the firm for about a year looking for a dvd aerobic type that is not so dancy step because I have two left feet any suggestions please:o :o
