    Which Brand/Model Heart Rate Monitor is Best?

    I'm looking for one that shows the calorie burn as well as the basic heart rate. Do you have to wear the strap on your chest or is a wrist only model effective? I've found those straps to be terribly restrictive. Thanks for your feedback!
