    lumbar disc pain - OUCH!

    Try Aleve instead of the Advil. I have a lot of low back issues, and Advil helps. The other thing I would suggest is heat before you exercise and ice after. I keep very big ice packs in the freezer. For me, sitting is the worst, too. Nancy
