    Thanks to all the threads here I just bought a BTR;) I saw a post where someone mentioned using the BTR for Leaner Legs. Do you just substitute the BTR for the squat segments? Could someone please explain a little more for me? I couldn't find a post that went into detail. Thanks!!!:7 Lissa
