I saw the one at Walmart...but the shipping is a killer, I'll keep looking. I've been searching ebay, but once again, the price is right but the shipping....my hubby says he'll build me one made of wood....I laugh, but I'm thinking maybe I should let him!!!

Thanks Jillybean!!! I have a lot of Cathe's videos. I bought two at first, then had to buy more, I got addicted instantly!!! She's awesome!!! Anyway, I have all tapes except for Rhythmic Step, Power Hour, Slow and Heavy Series, and of course her newest Intensity Series...not ready for that...

I'm looking to lose about 10 pounds. I'm new to Cathe, and I was wondering if I'm better off doing cardio for a while, and then eventually add weight training, or should I start immediately alternating the cardio and weight training, i.e., cardio Monday, weights Tuesday, etc. Thanks. LaLasMom
