    mini ball help

When we inflated the mini balls for Cathe and crew we used the small hand pump that comes with the Cathe stability balls. If you happen to have a stability ball of any kind the pump that came with it should work well for the mini yoga ball as well. An air compressor, bike tire pump, etc. will...

Cathe's set anchors are placed just above ankle height, at sternum height (at the bottom of the chest), and just below 6 feet. Keep in mind that the set does have some space limitations for that top anchor based on where the lights fall on the columns. Cathe and most of her crew are on the...

Optimal time to include core during 12-week rotation?

Hi Kelly, It's fine to go ahead and do your core routine on an active recovery day. It's also fine to tack them onto a weight lifting day if that's what you prefer. The rotations give everyone the option to do the ab routines on days that work for them based on how they are feeling. -Jenn

    Another dip bars question….( I know..sorry.:( )

The STS bar without the foam pad is about 4 inches around. The portion that is padded comes in just under or at 5 inches which is a bit more than 1/4 inch smaller than the fit tower bar with foam. The foam on the STS Bars is a bit more firm than that of the fit tower which gives the overall grip...
