Bodyweight only then dumbbells. Followed by barbell exercises. And finishes with 3 riser step weighted moves...

    Great start to everyone’s Wednesday! Cathe Live: Cardio Strength Blast (#21). This was quite fast paced. Cardio and metabolic strength. I was a sweaty mess by the end. Followed with a Peloton 20 minute hike, wearing my weighted vest. Then 10 minutes on the tilt table.
