Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for upper body. It was 50 minutes.

ChelePA - I checked out your link. Thank you for sharing. I don't give CD enough attention. I'll check her out again as I noticed some heavy weights there :)
Annette - WTG with your cardio workout yesterday. That was a long one.

CeceFifi… CD has quite the variety on her channel, including heavier weight workouts.

Cathe Live Step, Jump & Pump. I got the feeling everyone on social media thought it was going to be like her DVD. No step choreography. Blasts only. It was a mish mosh of exercises. I got a little sweat on, but nothing too intense. 45 minutes. Followed with a Peloton Barre Routine (sculpting). Two times this week with this type of workout, which is unusual for me. Those 2 pound ankle weights really challenge me.

Today was an 125 minute gym circuit (with talking which I deleted from the time, so technically I have been here 2.5 hours probably a bit more)

So I did a leg machine, then the flye machine and took it up to 165 pounds for 1 very hard rep. Then the calf machine, then the back machine with 45 on each side.

Moved onto dumbbells for chest press (20,25 &30's), same weights for hammer curls, shoulder press with 15's, Arnold press with 12.5, concentration curls with 15's, holding 1 dumbbells overhead for triceps with a 20. 1 dumbbell 1 arm for triceps with 12.5. Wrist curls with 20's.

Sled push and pull up to 10 plates.

Floorwork for abs and glutes with some weighted with 7 pound dumbbells. Row with a twist with 7 pound dumbbell.

Short stretch and I am out of here.

Calico… is it hard to get back into working out after talking with people. I usually kept my head down when I was at the gym. Because once I’m distracted, it’s all over.
 
Chele, it can be, usually depends on what I am doing at the time of the interruption. Sometimes it messes with me but most of the time I can get back in the groove.

Very thorough and challenging workout with impressive dumbbell weights and lots of fun machines, including the sled machine with 10 plates. Finishing up with floorwork abs and glutes with some weighted with 7 pound dumbbells. Row with a twist with 7 pound dumbbell. Ok I'm officially exhausted just reading that. You are awesome and I seriously think you should nominated for superhero status inspiring us, bravo! Have a restful night and be well;)

YT- Phoenix Nation - 20 Minute Jump & Squat Workout = 22 Min 1/4 pound Ropeless Jump Rope

ChelePA, I just watched the video clip of this and thanks for confirming the "no step choreography". I can do this one!
