Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 35 minute total body C&E workout. I added on 5 minutes of DTHM abs. It's good to workout!

ChelePA - sorry to read about your dog's scraped paw. I hope it heals quickly (no one likes a vet bill)

Nora - you had a good mix of cardio and weight training yesterday. I love PN too.

PHA – No Repeats (#348). Cathe was cautious post eye surgery. And the live classes had just restarted after Covid. I like the no repeats, but I found some of the moves awkward with fast pacing. Definitely more metabolic. Followed with CDs live noon workout-intermediate/advanced step (128 BPM). This one was boring for me. Lots of instruction and repetition and the music had no fun factor. They all can’t be winners.

Today was a new Jamie McKagan Cardio Kickboxing circuit for 54 minutes. It was very good.

Now I am trying out my new chair out in the sun.
