Hi ladies,

Today was only 2 hours and 15 minutes in the very hot sun, using an air mattress to lay out on.

Thought about doing something but the humidity is high and even in the house it still feels humid.

So I hope everyone gets a workout in!
 
Calico… you definitely get your vitamin D! I need to supplement.

CD’s replay of step 304. Fun!!! Followed by a 15 minute low impact cycling class to flush my legs out.

Lawn work this afternoon.

Here's today's workout:

I was supposed to do weights in addition to cycle, but it's a 100 degrees here, too hot for me to do both. So I opted to get my miles in and let sore left arm rest.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

I had to take a rest day yesterday due to interrupted sleep. Today I managed 45 minutes of an upper body C&E workout. It was tough. Wow. I will do my own stretch.

Yeah to getting in our workouts and tanning this weekend.

Warmed up with a Peloton Express Pilates class. Followed by an epic sing-along ride. Always fun tunes! Finished with 10 minutes on the tilt table.
