Not STS, but just downloaded High Reps and worked on my shoulders and biceps last night at the gym. My shoulders and biceps are slightly sore today so I think the workout did its job.
I tried it and it didn't do a thing for my very frizzy hair. Brazilian blowout from the salon worked great for my frizzy hair. I was able to get a groupon for $100 for the bb treatment.
I think I may just download the tried and true Power Hour. High reps video didn't do anything for me, mostly since I will not be using bands or those discs at the gym.
