which ipod download to get for the gym

I want to get a download for my workouts at the gym and I am overwhelmed at the choices. I am going 4 days a week to the gym and thought maybe of a workout like power hour or high reps so I can choose what body parts I want to work on that day, but then I noticed the "Gym style" I alway seem to get better workouts with Cathe pushing me, but just can't work out at home anymore which is why I thought it'd be great to download one of her workouts. What would you recommend?
 
STS might be the most versatile download for the gym. Since it uses a lot of equipment, it might save you from buying new stuff. Also, for Meso 3, and chest work in Meso 2, I needed a spotter. I had DH do this for me, but at a gym there would probably be someone to help you there. Also, you could do squat rack legs at the gym.
 
I now do my Cathe cardio @ the gym because I live on 3rd floor. I still do weights @ home. I have STS for weights. The tricky part is finding a spot to work out as the aerobics rooms are used. Also the floor & fans can be an issue. Not used to harder surface & iPad volume doesn't go very high so fans can totally cover the sound. Good luck to you.
 
i have used gs and just started hr&sts total body. I love working out in the gym with cathe =))))) I try to watch the work out first. And i write the work out out so i can get organized when i there=) gl!
 
I think I may just download the tried and true Power Hour. High reps video didn't do anything for me, mostly since I will not be using bands or those discs at the gym.
