    Don't forget these workouts

    I pulled out Hardcore Extreme which I have not done for over a year and was pleasantly reminded of just how intense these are.....I did the High/Low intervals and felt pretty spent by the end of it....it is HIIT, especially the Blast at the end. That is what I love about Cathe's...

    I agree. I would like to have several more options for HIIT workouts.... I love them and have been really impressed at the gains I've made in my fitness levels.....things that I used to find exhausting are like a walk to my mailbox now....
