Love the KBs

I have had great luck with them and saved money by buying them through pet stores on ebay. The colored caps are the best because you can see when they have fallen off (and they are easier to find around your house). I always trimmed the nails first before putting them on. One cat was crabby...

Morning workouts aren't for me either, especially since I have to be in my office by 7:30 or 8:00 am. I recommend changing into your workout clothes before leaving work. I find whether I workout at the gym or head home, having the clothes on makes me feel "ready" to workout.

Have any of you been rated by your students (or have rated your professors) on this website http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ ? I am non teaching faculty so I had forgotten all out this site until one of my colleagues came into the lounge today upset by comments she had read about her class...

I have always been curious to know how a clean diet can include protein powders. Isn't the point of clean eating to eat natural foods? Maybe I'm missing something? Either way, I'll stick to heavy metals downloaded from iTunes. ;)

1. My point Amy is if it is out on the internet us out there and easily discovered. If it's embarassing don't put it out there. 2. The teacher doing keg stands was high schoolers.... Her son's classmates. She was not a pedophile. Ironic that someone who doesn't want to be judged harshly...

Not to condone stalking or abusing the purpose of this forum in an attempt to humiliate someone, but a strong word of caution that the internet is not private. Just ask the middle school faculty member fired for doing keg stands with her underaged drinking buddies whose photogenic antics...

I can think of some public transit systems starved for stimulus money and talented workers who can help improve systems, cut down on pollution, and make millions of lives easier...but that would be too much to ask I suppose.

I often amazed at how many people will choose to ingest unnatural, icky, poopy protein powders rather than eat something natural and healthy like a nice apple.

I recommend dangling her by her ankles over a garbage can, mainly for fun (until child protective gets involved). Bourbon often works or you might also find a new doctor, preferably one who receives nifty goodies from pharmaceutical companies.
