Thank You, I feel better now. I was feeling a little discouraged when I tried on my jeans. My legs just shake when I exercise because they hurt so much, hopefully the pain will go away soon.
I just recently started working my legs more and I noticed today and yesterday my legs are extremely sore and my jeans feel tighter in the legs. My question is could I be retaining fluid? Thanks for any help!!
Does anyone have any good ideas for a good weight loss and upper body rotation? Or can you think of any from Cathe or FitnessFreak? Thank You for any help anyone can offer!!:
