Hi Everyone! I really love Cycle Max - the instruction, the music, the variety, and the challenge. I cannot wait until Cathe (hopefully) puts out more spinning DVDs. What other spinning DVDs are out there that you love? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!! Doria

Safety Stands I love mine!! I have a total of 8 risers and a pair of slanted risers. I am able to lift as heavy as I need and I feel very secure having these safety stands!! Doria
