    Wow! Hats off to you! I have survived X65 but not 77 quite yet. I definitely agree this is the hardest of Cathe's cardio workouts. Love a new challenge!

    Quick reviews

    I have to agree with the comments of X10. I used to think HiiT 40/20 and Tabatacise were Cathe's hardest workouts (for me), but I to can do all of Tabatacise without extra breaks and X10 kicked my butt! So I guess that gives me a new goal-to get through X10! Thanks Cathe. Love it!

    I agree...please please add another heavy bag workout to this one too. I love the heavy bag add ons. So worth the cost of getting the bag!

    Am I correct that Crossfire Extreme and To The Max Extreme incorporate ALL of the bonus segments into the regular workout, so that you actually end up doing every segment on the DVD in one workout?

    Creating Video @ 10% for 12 Hours

    I am having the same problems...I successfully created one video without issue. The second video I am trying to create has gotten stuck on 80%. I tried the process recommended by Kurt and re-created my video and it got stuck on 10% the second time. Now what??? Help!

    So glad someone asked. I was wondering the same thing. I will really miss Jai in the Shock Cardio workouts...she is one of my favorites to watch! I love the whole crew and am really gonna miss having Jai in this series.

    Disk 14, the third tri-set includes a Stiff Legged Deadlift on the Platform. The workout card lists this exercise as using dumbells and gave me a target weight based on dumbell deadlifts. Cathe actually uses a barbell for this exercise, which is a different exercise number on the One Rep Max...

    Hi Cathe. I love reading your reactions to STS as you experience it with us! Disk 2 was definitely a challenge...pull ups are killer! I really felt my triceps after this one. These workouts seem to just fly by for me! I love them.

    Push Ups - Straight Leg or Bent Knee

    I'm doing all of the reps, but they are mostly on my knees! I can usually get through the first couple of sets on drop sets on my toes, but everything thereafter is all knees! So glad to see I'm not alone!
