    Step, step and more step!

    I love Cathe's step videos. I know this may be asking for a lot, but I'd be THRILLED if she did another killer step video with lots of challenging, intricate choreography. Nobody can accomplish that like Cathe.

    IMAX 3

    I have Imax 3, and it was one of my first Cathe videos when I first began exercising at home. When I got it, I was so addicted that I was doing it between 3 and 5 times a week! But then I got a bit burnt out. Now I'm more into doing the rotation thing than getting fixed on one high-impact...

    Thanks for the information! I just finished closing on a house in NJ and I am looking forward to beginning a PT course at Middlesex County College (after I have this baby in September.........) Now I have to prioritize my Cathe workouts around my packing (or, rather, vice versa!!)
