IMAX 3

For me IMAX 3 is my favorite of the IMAXes. I like the music and the choreography. My next fave is IMAX 2 (great music too) and third is IMAX. I know a lot of people think the high impact is too much in IMAX 3 but if you're up to the challenge it's great. I think I'm one of the few people who enjoy interval 5 (the dreaded plie jacks) although I had a lot of ballet training so I guess they don't bother me as much.) IMAX 2 is the easiest out of the three and IMAX and IMAX 3 are about neck and neck. Interval 10 on IMAX is always tough for me.

I am one who loves Imax 3, and just did it yesterday:) Imax 2 is fun but I almost always choose Imax 3 over Imax 2. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to complete the first time I tried it. I kept rewinding the confusing parts and did them until I got them down. Know it is a favorite of mine.

I LOVE Imax 3!!...I do a leg/plyo workout with the blast only premix of Imax 3 along with Drillmax legs & cardio and BM2 power circuits. I agree with you about the plie jacks. I always fear doing them because they are SOOO intense but once they are over I feel SOOO good!!! My glutes have definately gotten tighter from doing this workout once a week for the past 4 months. }(

I have Imax 3, and it was one of my first Cathe videos when I first began exercising at home. When I got it, I was so addicted that I was doing it between 3 and 5 times a week! But then I got a bit burnt out. Now I'm more into doing the rotation thing than getting fixed on one high-impact workout. If you get Imax 2, let me know how it is. Thanks!!:7 :7
 
I just did IMAX 3 this morning for the second time & I enjoyed it a whole lot more than the first time. I think this one is going to grow on me!}(

But I still LOVE IMAX 2 & if you get it, I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do!:D
