    Compilation for extended stretches DVD

    Great idea. I'd love that. Some of the stretch routines on Cathe's older dvd workouts tend to be a little longer than her newer ones. I wonder if it'd be possible to include those, even though they aren't "bonuses".

    Slow stretch

    My body has gotten to the point where it needs 30 second stretches. Five to 10 second stretches doesn't do much. I look for stretch routines that are longer than just 5 minutes, but not as long as 25/30 minutes. One dedicated to only lower body, one only to upper body, and then one total body...

    Think Cathe's "Ab Hits" dvd. Wouldn't it be nice if Cathe would create a dvd compiling various stretch segments on her many existing dvd workouts? People could put together whatever existing stretch routine from whatever existing workout with another one to create any length stretch routine...
