    Push ups on the ball....HELP!!!

    I also put the ball against the wall - still was VERY challenging, but at least "doable." It's so great to have something to work up to!

    Do I need a barbell set?

    I have a serious storage problem at my house, so I only use dumb bells. It works for me. The hardest part was balancing 20lb weights on my shoulders for squats, but I have mastered that now!

    PUB with a barbell?

    You probably could if you can pause your dvd, but it would be a hard transition in my opinion. You go directly from flys into the chest presses with no stopping. This is one of my favorite upperbody workouts!
