Is it wrong to...

I use Gym Styles BSB & CT 1/wk and then do ME-giving me 2 upper body workouts for the week. Is wrong to mix the 2? I'm looking for upper body strength and definition. I enjoy mixing up workouts every few weeks to avoid boredom. I have S&H but I don't like them due to the concentration factor. I guess that doesn't say much about my attention span.}(

Nope, nothing wrong with it at all. It's actually a great training plan. I remember when Cathe released the Hardcore Series she suggested that one way to use the weight workouts was to do the GS Series once a week, and use MuscleMax in the same week, to quickly and efficiently hit everything for a second time. As long as you're giving yourself a day or two in between the GS workouts and ME, you should be fine. Enjoy!

I often do two different weight workouts in one week, just as you outlined. There's really not enough time to fit in a two or three day split routine in twice a week, so it makes sense to do a combination of the 2/3 day split and a total body workout. It's worked out quite well for me.

My rotation right now is:

M - Cardio
T - Run and core
W - Full Body weight workout
T - Run and core
F - Legs
S - Run
S - Upper body weights

So, I'm pretty much doing the same thing, so I can hit everything twice in a week. It's working really well for me. If only I could stop eating junk!:p

In the same boat as you, Shelley - if it weren't for junk (chocolate in particular), I'd look like Cathe - well, maybe not THAT good :)
