Hi all - at the risk of being de-certified and banned from the Les Mills world, I teach Body Step. I have to say that Cathe's step programs are MUCH more fun and interesting! Sometimes I find Body Step to be a bit "behind" in the times, i.e. too basic and repetitive. Diane
