    Question about barbell

    :-) Hi Cathe, Thanks, for replying to my message. I have a question about purchasing a barbell. When buying a barbell what weight would you recommend? For example in your videos when you say 30lbs, do you mean the bar is 10 lbs and each plate is 10 lbs? I hope this isn't a stupid question...

    Question about barbell

    Hi Cathe, I am new to your videos and I notice you use a barbell in a lot of your videos. I don't own a barbell, but I do own dumbbells. Can I substitute dumbbells for the barbell? Thanks Sharon:-)
