I take hot yoga classes 5 to 6 days a week. I love it!! I don't know how different it is, but I do the Baptiste hot yoga. It really is a great release and different from all other workouts I have done. I have videos, however, I seem to need to be in the class to work to my "edge". I hope you try it!
