<--is happy to announce that inspite of her small binge on tuesday night <--is down 1.5lbs this morning



<--ate 2100 calories yesterday too

(healthy cals,did a 90 minute cardio also)
<--found a new website that helps<--figure out how many cals she needs during the day and burns during workouts so <--can eat correctly!
<--knows the calculations are just estimates but <--is uber excited about it anyway

<--wonders what everybody is up too today?
<--will be doing the dreaded LB workout and a dogwalk!
