Well, I missed out on that post, Michele, but what fabulous news! I'm still dedicating my PP workout to your FIL though - I'm sending him all of my strength that I deplete during that 1.5 hours, which should add up to be quite a bit HUGS and THANKSGIVING all around!!

Ohhhhh, thanks you guys! It was such a wonderful surprise to log on and see this thread, and the thoughtful PM's. You guys are simply THE BEST!!!

Yes, my DFIL has dodged the surgery bullet, at least for now. It was SO unexpected, too! The doctor is just going to keep an eye on his foot for now and see what happens with it. I'm hoping and PRAYING that it heals completely. Now, if we could just get to the bottom of his confusion. In some ways that's almost worse than his physical problems.

I want you to know that I have done a very good job of avoiding the pumpkin spice donuts at Tim Horton's, however, I did have a run in with a box of chocolate walnut cookies and the cookies won -- LOL!!!

Thanks again for all the prayers and warmth. It means more than I can say, truly!
