    Calorie Burn With Shock Cardio

    I haven't tried these workouts yet, but I find my GWF always registers a lower calorie burn than my polar HRM. Even with kickboxing workouts. My HRM is usually about 200 calories higher.

    How high do your dumbbells go? weight wise of course

    I have 1 - 30 but I would like a pair of 35 and 40. I've been interested in the selecttechs for awhile to cut down on the number of dumbells I have to store.

    If you workout in your living/family room- where r your weights?

    I use my livingroom to workout and keep most of my stuff in the coat closet. But my step, pullup bar and stability bar are in various corners of the room. So far no one has even commented on it except to ask what workouts I do.

    Glad you are still alive to write about 30/30!! And you are definately stronger for the effort. This morning I did 4DS LIS, I doubled all the step portions to make it closer to an hour. Worked up a pretty good sweat. Tomorrow is STS 32.
