Sophiem,
If you haven't already purchased "KPC/Legs & Glutes" on DVD, here's a suggestion that you might want to consider: Buy it from Collage Video. They have a 30 days satisfaction guarantee, so if you decide that you don't like "Leg & Glutes" enough to add to your leg workout rotation...
I'm in agreement with you, A-Jock (apologizing to Billy and Kathy Smith fans). I'm glad Cathe's not featured in between commercials toting gadgets galore.
I'm also glad she's not a permanent fixture on the QVC channel (I remember someone posting that she'd seen something of Cathe's on QVC...
I think you should definitely get "KPC" on dvd with "Legs and Glutes". Both workouts are great and the DVD options are awesome. Adding another wonderful leg workout to your collection will mean having a nice variety. And since it's on the same dvd with "KPC", it'll take up less storage space!
Hi Alini,
I think that you are going to love Cathe, like so many of us do! I personally find her workouts to be the best. I love her personality and the intensity of her workouts. Enjoy!

P.S. Cathe's workouts tend to be addictive---once you get hooked on one of them, you'll...
Sorry for replying to this, since I'm not Cathe, but I wanted to share that I receive great customer service with Cathe.com, too.
I know that there are many people who have had bad experiences with Cathe.com's customer service and I feel really bad for them. I hope that Cathe.com has...
Thanks for the update! I'm enjoying my "Turbo Jam" workouts and would love to get some more fun ones.
It's a good thing that Charlene's planning to "incorporate the most popular requests for length" into the new workouts.
I hope we won't be on an order-as-each-one-is-being released...
I have both and I only do the first segment of both (I'm not too crazy about stretching with a stabiity ball).
I really enjoyed the music on "Stretch Max" segment 1. The stretches on both workouts are pretty quick; I'm not into yoga or pilates, but I do wish that the stretches were held a...
I agree, Kathy S.; hopefully this will bring a whole new audience to Cathe! (I guess we have to share her, nowx( ).
Actually, this package (with the exception of the workouts themselves) is the same package offered by The Step Co. for Cathe's "Body Fusion" package.
I called my sister after...
The package is already available at a Target by my apartment---it's $59.99 + tax and it's packaged as "The Step Total Body Sculpting Program".
It includes the 3 DVDs, a small 11 x 25 inch blue step platform with 2 light grey risers (made by The Step Co.), a 65cm grey stability ball with...
I "click" with Cathe as my on-screen instructor. I think she has a wonderful, genuine personality and she knows her stuff! (No other instructor makes me work so hard!) I don't find her to be annoying and she seems to really care about her "students".
Banana Nut by Bear Naked: whole grain oats, honey, oat bran, banana chips, almonds, walnuts, coconut, crisp rice and maple syrup.
It's baked/toasted and tastes great with milk, sprinkled in yogurt or just by itself.
Wow, Cathe, this is terrific news! You are simply the best and I am looking forward to these new workouts---a special "thanks" to you for including a high intensity, low impact step aerobics workout!
I especially can't wait to try "Drill Max" and "Butts & Gutts"
Variety is the spice of life and I love rotating "Turbo Jam" into my workouts! The fun factor is high and I enjoy using them on days when I'm feeling "the dread factor" for my other "more serious" workout DVDs.
I'm not trying to become a kickbox expert with "Turbo Jam"---I just wanna have...
I like this show, too and I like Jillian Michaels. She's coming out with some new workouts on DVD later this month---some strength training and then a kickboxing one. I'll definitely order the kickboxing one, but won't be ordering the strength training ones. I've gotten to the point now that...
Sorry to hear that you don't like it, Cathy.
I enjoy my "Turbo Jam" workouts---especially "Ab Jam", and "Cardio Parties 1 and 2". They have a "fun" feel to them and I like the music (just wish it was louder, though!). I don't really care for "Turbo Sculpt" however. I like "20 Minute Workout"...
Hi Amy G
You're right---I don't want a DVD that rattles in its case. I shook the DVD cases to make sure that I didn't hear the DVD rattling inside. And since I didn't hear it rattling inside, I knew that it wasn't loose and that I wouldn't buying it, all scratched up. And if I did hear it...
