    16"x44" or 14"x40" step?

    Hello ladies. I noticed that Cathe's site says they use a 16"x44" step in the videos, but looking online all I've seen so far are 14"x40" steps. Do any of you use a 16"x44" step? Is a 14"x40" step big enough for everything Cathe has us doing on top of it? :)
