I love P90X and think I might love P90X+ even more. Cathe is my hero & I can't wait for STS. In the mean time P90X+ is really fun & tough!!

A gal I work with used to have lots of stretch marks after having three big babies. She got rid of them with a tummy tuck & it really looks amazing. I wouldn't want to do it because you lose all flexibility.

Katie, I'm completely obsessed with the iballets. #1 is a good one to start off with. Others that get high marks from myself & some of Video Fit's forum are 6,7,10,11,13,15,17, & 18. I LOVE 16 but you need a Pilates Ring. They're tough & fun! Coleen
